EmangaCrop is a free, open-source manga margin cropper that helps you prepare cleaner reading pages.
I built it because I was tired of excess white margins swallowing my comics—on an e-reader, they squeeze the artwork into a thin strip. Tiring for the eyes, and a waste of screen space.
No team, no budget. Just one person writing code, hunting bugs, tuning the crop algorithm, polishing the UI, packaging and testing. Every release was pieced together after work, screen by screen.
I hope it stays simple, open, and useful as the tool continues to grow.
